LA County Supervisor Endorses NCC
On December 18th NCC Founder, McKay Hatch, was invited to Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich's office to receive a commendation (see below) in recognition of his efforts to discourage youth (and adults) from using of bad language.
